Gold of Mauritius is a Dark Rum typical of the Southern Hemisphere. It is produced from molasses in the traditional method, and is blended to perfection from several excellent Mauritian distillates.
This light and mouthful rum gives us notes of oak, malt and roasted nuts. Savoured pure, with little ice, and in classic cocktails like the Gold Fashioned.
