Rum Sour

Ingredients
  • 5 cl Gold of Mauritius Dark Rum
  • 2.5cl fresh lime juice
  • 1.5cl cane syrup
  • 2.5 cl egg white
  • Ice
Method
Put all ingredients in a shaker. Add ice. Shake & remove ice. Double shake. Strain into glass & serve. Garnish with orange peel.
