Negroni

Ingredients
  • 3 cl Gold of Mauritius Dark Rum
  • 3 cl Campari
  • 3 cl Sweet Vermouth
  • Large ice cube for serving
  • Orange peel for garnish
Method
Add the Gold of Mauritius Dark Rum, Campari and Sweet Vermouth to a mixing glass with plenty of ice, and stir until well chilled.Pour through a strainer into a rocks glass with a large ice cube, then garnish with an orange peel.
