Gold Frappe

Ingredients
  • 3 cl Gold of Mauritius Dark Rum
  • 3 cl Freshly Brewed Coffee
  • 1 cl Orgeat Syrup
  • 0.5 cl Vanilla Essence Liquor
  • 2 cl Fresh cream
  • 3 Coffee Beans
Method
Add all ingredients (except for the cream) in a shaker filled with ice and shake until well chilled. Strain over cubed ice and then gently pour the cream. Garnish with the coffee beans.
