The Joy

Ingredients
  • 6 cl Gold of Mauritius Dark Rum
  • 1 cl Cane Syrup
  • 3 cl Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 2 tbsp of Blackberry Jelly (or blackberry syrup)
  • 2 Orange Slices
  • Bitters
  • Ice
Method
Put all the ingredients into a bar cylinder and shake with ice. Strain into a pre-cooled glass. Decorate with oranges and mint leaves.
