Ingredients
  • 6 cl Gold of Mauritius Dark Rum
  • 9 cl Ginger Beer
  • Lime Juice (Optional)
Method
Fill a tall glass with ice cubes. Add the Gold of Mauritius Dark Rum. Pour in the ginger beer and the lime juice. Stir with a bar spoon and garnish with a lime wedge
