6 cl Gold of Mauritius Dark Rum
1 cl Cane Syrup
3 cl Fresh Lemon Juice
2 tbsp of Blackberry Jelly (or blackberry syrup)
2 Orange Slices
Bitters
Ice
Method
Put all the ingredients into a bar cylinder and shake with ice. Strain into a pre-cooled glass. Decorate with oranges and mint leaves.
